New Zealand Defence Force
Our partnership with NZDF began through Operation Respect—a comprehensive transformation strategy to eliminate unacceptable and unwanted behaviours across the Defence Force. The programme’s core objectives are to care for NZDF personnel and increase the recruitment and retention of military women.
To date, we’ve delivered our Train-the-Trainer and Consulting Services to support these goals and embed meaningful, long-term change.

Wellington City Council & hospitality NZ
We’ve partnered with Wellington City Council and Hospitality New Zealand to deliver the Safer Venues project, enhancing the safety of Wellington’s nightlife through targeted training and sector-wide support.​
Our bespoke workshops draw on our Bystander Intervention and Dealing with Disclosures programmes, equipping hospitality staff with the tools to prevent harm and create safer spaces.Curious which bars are part of Safer Venues?

Following the launch of LT McGuinness' Respect and Respected policy, we partnered with their HR team to bring this commitment to life—embedding respectful behaviours, preventing harm, and empowering leaders and staff across the organisation.
Our work included the delivery of our Healthy Workplace Culture and Dealing with Disclosures programmes, tailored to support a safer, more inclusive workplace.
